Case Study - CPA firm
Before
Clients with large Quickbooks files could not send the data to the staff accountant working on their books. E-mail attachment limits are generally 10 Mb. and many of the Quickbooks files were considerably larger than the 10 Mb. limit.
Problem
Training the clients to use one of the e-mail or web site services that allow large files to be e-mailed was beyond what the staff accountants could deal with based on their large case load and the time needed to provide the training.
Leaving the clients on their own to figure out how to use one of the services was not providing the high level of service on which the CPA firm had built their reputation.
